Michael R. Clarke has been an attorney for 17 years and is the primary attorney in the firm for DUI cases. To help be a more effective advocate in DUI cases, Michael has completed the same training in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and Breath Testing that is given to law enforcement. Before moving into private practice Mike spent nine years (1991-1999) on active duty in the US Army JAG Corps where he was promoted to the rank of Major (O-4) in 1999. He originally joined the Army in 1984 as a private (E-1) and was trained as a medical laboratory specialist (92B) and later as a legal specialist (71D). |
